(Part2 - #26 to #50) - 50 Sunflower Varieties & Counting
This is Part2 of the "50 Sunflower" variety post. Every year, during the most dreary days of winter I post my annual cheery sunflower post. This is the 15th year of documenting all the sunflower varieties that I have grown in my garden. Since there are so many varieties I have split this into two parts. Today is Part#1 and I am sharing the first to the twenty-fifth variety.
God never ceases to amaze me with His glorious creation.
I have already begun planning my 2026 sunflower garden.
Before showing the featured pictures, I want to share with you why sunflowers are my favorite flower. Sunflowers always turn towards the sun - you can literally see them gently turning throughout the day to follow the sun. To be very clear - I am NOT a "sun" worshiper. However, I am a "Son" worshiper: Jesus Christ The Son of God and I strive every day to grow and turn towards Him in every aspect of my life.

(The variety below showed all red sunflowers but about half of the package had sunflowers that were definitely NOT red, therefore I split them into three posts)
