Energy, Frequency & Vibration #15 (Part2) - Bathed in COLORS
(Sagrada Familia Cathedral)
I had to do a Part2 to #15 in the series on "Energy, Frequency & Vibration" because of a trip that my sister took recently. In the first part of #15 in this series, we talked about the beneficial color therapy that is possible from church stained glass windows. We learned that it is our Heavenly Father who created color and we also studied the many colors mentioned in the book of Revelation (click HERE to read Part1 of #15 - STAINED GLASS WINDOWS). Let's consider a couple examples of when we received color therapy without realizing it:
- watching a sunset and being bathed in orange, yellow and red rays of color.
- walking through a mountain forest and the glimmering dashes of sunshine seem to be green and blue in color reflecting off of the evergreen trees.
In part1 of #15 I was trying to give examples of being bathed in color. Nothing shows what I was trying to say better than the pictures that my sister took when she was visiting the "Sagrada Familia Cathedral" in Spain.
A few months ago we completed detailing the frequency of each color (see chart below). Today I will be giving you better examples of BEING BATHED IN COLORS.
If you missed the COLOR introduction post please click HERE to read that in it's entirety. Just to refresh our memories - below is the frequency chart from the previous COLOR posts (and a link to each color post beneath this chart):
Just as another reminder, in months past we also learned about the shapes of church windows and how those patterns might have a significance when it comes to music that glorifies God.
Again, we are not worshiping the building - we are God's temple:
"Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple."
1 Corinthians 3:16-17
I think I will have to do a separate post about the "Sagrada Familia Cathedral" talking about it's amazing history but in this post we are still focusing on color therapy. These pictures take my breath away, so I can't imagine what it must have been like to actually be there in person.

I will just briefly describe the goal of the stained glass window color palette. On one side of the cathedral are cooler colors representing a sunrise. On the other side are warmer colors representing a sunset. You can see the difference in the collage below:

Look at the rays of sunshine picking up the color from the glass. It is truly a color bath!

Notice that the pillars and stonework pickup color from sunshine gleaming through the stained glass windows.

Enjoy every second of being bathed in God's glorious color creations. Whether it is in nature or worshiping God in a church building where sunshine is gleaming through stained glass windows.
