Please pray for Canada. There is a "Bill C-9" that will be voted on this week and it will remove protections for religious speech (which will essentially be classifying the Bible as hate-speech).

ReplyDeleteThe world has gone crazy ~ why does every country have such left-wing whackadoodles? UK has been arresting people for just speaking their mind too (don't know if they have a "1st Amendment Free Speech" like US does). Texas is very conservative ~ one of the "Bible Belt" red states, and we passed laws keeping trans/etc books out of our school libraries & sex education classes. The Pledge of Allegiance IS being said again in most of our schools ~ my oldest daughter lives in Idaho, and they're even "more red" than Texas (red being Republican and blue being Democrat). Crazy Democrats that don't want to vote for the Save Act which will require a photo ID to vote in elections!! The people actually want that law (85%) but the Democrat legislators are holding out against it! (Why? b/c they think the illegals will vote Democrat). There doesn't seem to be anywhere "normal" anymore! (Excuse my ignorance, but doesn't the King have anything to say about the ultra-far left shenanigans in UK? or Canada?)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comments - I agree. As far as the king - I think the monarch is now more symbolic and doesn't have that much to do with the actual running of government (although I think king Charles is.....well, I'll just say that he is NOT a good guy - in my opinion).
