We had a nice break from the heat this weekend but now the next "heat dome" begins (the weather forecasters make it seem so scary - it's summer).
Thank you again for joining us!

Thank you so much for featuring my "Polka Dots and Stripes" post. I so appreciate it. I agree with you "It is summer" and I feel that weather forecasters do seem to be trying to scare people to death over the weather. Every little rainstorm they make it sound like armageddon. It causes me so much anxiety and I just can't even listen to a weather report anymore.
ReplyDeleteAngie, thanks so much for sharing this link-up! We go rain to take the heat down a notch or two. Have a great week ahead.
ReplyDeleteThank you for featuring my American Flag icebox Cookies! It's typical HOT north of Dallas, but we've only had 1 day @ 100 (just the extra 30 miles north of Dallas & closer to the Red River border of Oklahoma makes about 5 degree difference in temps & lower humidity). We've had cloud bursts at night, so now it's only high 80s (hopefully for this week). One of our "less hot" summers and I'll take it!! We spend the afternoons in our community pool with friends.
