It's starting to look like Autumn (even though the temperatures still feel like Summer). Cottonwood and Walnut are always the first leaves to fall.

Yes, it's been hot but it looks like we're finally gonna have a cooler week. You are so right about Walnut trees, always the first to fall and they never have any color either. I have a lot of walnut trees on my property. I wish I had more colorful trees Thanks for the party.
ReplyDeleteAngie, thanks so much for hosting, wishing you a great week ahead!
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting the party! Still triple digits in North Texas, and supposedly another week of them ~ only 4 days in August were NOT triple digit (although 98-99 is pretty darn close). But at least the humidity is fairly low ~ well, TOO low since haven't seen a drop of rain since July either! My abelia and miniature roses where I have drip lines are the only things blooming ~ even the purslane has given up on flowers!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring our "Artists at Work" post! We're tickled to be included with the other posts you've highlighted!
