Homegrown Black King Mushroom
Last year I featured the 7 mushroom varieties that I grew:
Snow Oyster
Pink Oyster
Morel (wild, grown outside)
Golden Oyster
Lion's Mane
Italian Oyster
Blue Oyster

This year (2023) I added a new variety (new to me anyway):
BLACK KING MUSHROOMS
This variety is very large with a robust mushroom flavor.
