Angie, we have been in the high 90"s with "feels like" temps of 110. Oh my with the 96% humidity, it can get to you real soon. But hey, it's like having a sauna each day for a healthy insides, LOL. Thanks so much for hosting, I sure appreciate it. Take care, stay cool and be well.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for featuring my birdhouse! I so appreciate it!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for hosting and for the feature of my post, Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes!
ReplyDeleteThank you for featuring my Ants on a Picnic Blanket (cherry vanilla icebox cookies). High 90s in North Texas too, with some humidity ~ so I just look at the weeds and plants that need to be replaced but not in any rush to do them (haha). The purslane I posted is such a funny plant ~ similar to moss roses, but much prettier! It grows quickly in a pot, and get tiny little buds which wait until the sun hits them every day (about 8:30 am) before they'll open. Then they die that night and just a little pinch to deadhead. They vary from neon pink to yellow to orange ~ never the same each day! But need to put it where it's convenient to sit and take a minute to deadhead.
