7 Ways To Make Coffee (with Dessert RECIPES)
Most of us drink coffee daily (or used to drink it often). Below are 7 different ways to make coffee, along with a dessert that goes perfectly with that version. No worries if you are unable to have coffee due to health reasons - the 7th method is a coffee substitute.
Health benefits of coffee (please see my disclaimer below - I am NOT a doctor and am simply sharing what I found from my online research):
- boosts energy
- linked to lowering risks of type 2 diabetes
- supports brain health
- promotes weight management
Now, if there is any kind of heart or anxiety issue then coffee might be a bad thing to drink. Chicory is a delicious substitute and very healthy! Health benefits of chicory (again, please see my disclaimer below - I am NOT a doctor and am simply sharing what I found from my online research):
