SECRECY #8 - Secret Society Whistleblower #1
Today is the eighth part in the study about "secrecy." We previously touched on an introductory post about Secret Societies at the beginning of the year (click HERE to read "SECRECY#5 - Secret Societies"). Then, a few months after that initial Secret Society post, I needed to respond to a comment that I received from a blogger (click HERE to read "Part2 Secret Societies - Comment Response")
Today I will be sharing a video from the YouTube channel called "Almost False". The owner of that channel interviews a former 33rd Degree Mason who goes into great detail about what he experienced and learned while he was in that secret society.
WARNING - Like I said - this former 33rd Degree Mason goes into great detail about his experiences, therefore the content is NOT for younger ears. Please make sure that children are not in earshot of this video.
Before we get to the video, I wanted to share this Scripture passage below. If you happen to find yourself in one of these Secret Societies, then go to our Heavenly Father and ask for His guidance. He will show you what you should do and maybe if you decide that these societies are wrong then your experiences might help someone else ("God's good purpose"):
As believers in Jesus Christ, we are constantly being bombarded by false teachings or demonic influences who are trying to make us stray from our Christian walk (Ephesians 6:12). That's why I urge you to pray for discernment before watching this video. I am not (nor do I ever plan on being) in any secret society, so I am unable to confirm or deny this man's experiences and claims. However, I did believe him and I did not receive any urgings from the Holy Spirit that would make me distrust what he was saying.
