What I'm Thankful for Today #28 - CHOCOLATE
About ten years ago I did a series called "365 Days of Being THANKFUL". Everyday I posted something for which I was thankful and I did this for 365 days. Well, this year I decided to do a smaller version of that series and post something everyday during the month of November.
Today I am thankful for CHOCOLATE.
Studies have shown that dark chocolate is very healthy - having many antioxidants, minerals and other nutrients. Thankfully, I have always preferred dark chocolate. Most of my chocolate recipes use dark chocolate because I am not a fan of super sweet desserts and since dark chocolate has very little sugar, it is the best option in my opinion.
