What I'm Thankful for Today #3 - APPLES
About ten years ago I did a series called "365 Days of Being THANKFUL".  Everyday I posted something for which I was thankful and I did this for 365 days.  Well, this year I decided to do a smaller version of that series and post something everyday during the month of November.
Today I am thankful for APPLES.
McIntosh & Granny Smith are my favorite apple varieties but they are all very nutritious.  (I'm not a doctor - I'm just listing information that I found online - see my disclaimer below).  Apples can help with the following areas of health:
- helps reduce heart disease
- helps with diabetes
- helps protect against cell damage
- helps with digestion & weight issues
- good for skin health
- helps with bones
- good for hydration
