What I'm Thankful for Today #6 - CRITTERS
About ten years ago I did a series called "365 Days of Being THANKFUL". Everyday I posted something for which I was thankful and I did this for 365 days. Well, this year I decided to do a smaller version of that series and post something everyday during the month of November.
Today I am thankful for CRITTERS.
For the most part, the critters (wild animals) that I see in my garden are just adorable. I do get very frustrated every summer with squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, deer eating our garden produce but I do enjoy watching them scurry around. The only critter that I absolutely can not tolerate is the groundhog (you will see a post below showing the destruction that the groundhog made in our garden a few years ago). This struggle with the groundhog has made us more saavy - we found a row cover that protects our crops against the groundhog.
The following are some of my favorite "critter" posts (and one post showing the groundhog destruction).
