50 Sunflower Varieties & Counting (Part1 - #1 to #25)
I made it to 50 varieties!!! Every year, during the most dreary days of winter I post my annual cheery sunflower post. This is the 15th year of documenting all the sunflower varieties that I have grown in my garden. Since there are so many varieties I have split this into two parts. Today is Part#1 and I am sharing the first to the twenty-fifth variety.
God never ceases to amaze me with His glorious creation.
I have already begun planning my 2026 sunflower garden.
Before showing the featured pictures, I want to share with you why sunflowers are my favorite flower. Sunflowers always turn towards the sun - you can literally see them gently turning throughout the day to follow the sun. To be very clear - I am NOT a "sun" worshiper. However, I am a "Son" worshiper: Jesus Christ The Son of God and I strive every day to grow and turn towards Him in every aspect of my life.
