SECRECY #11 - Star of Remphan
Today is the eleventh part in the study about "secrecy." The topic for today's post is going to be controversial. When I first realized the truth about this star I was in absolute shock.
Our topic today is "The Star of Remphan".
Before we get into our study today, I need to/want to make this statement:
I have not, am not and will never condone, encourage or participate in any kind of hate or violence towards any person or group of people.
Now, onto the study.
Do you know what the "Star of Remphan" is?
Many people know it as the "Star of David" and it is the symbol used by the current state of Israel (which is why I needed to clearly make that statement above).
Where in the Bible is this symbol referenced?:
The entire chapter 7 of Acts is the apostle Stephen reviewing almost the entire history of how the Israelites (God's people) disobeyed God and worshiped false idols.
This is the final truth that Stephen boldly spoke to the Sanhedrin before they martyred him (stoned him to death for speaking the truth)(The Sanhedrin was kind of like the Supreme Court for the Israelites at that time):
“You stiff-necked people! Your hearts and ears are still uncircumcised. You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit! Was there ever a prophet your ancestors did not persecute? They even killed those who predicted the coming of the Righteous One. And now you have betrayed and murdered him— you who have received the law that was given through angels but have not obeyed it.”
Acts 7:51-53
I went back in the Old Testament to remind myself how serious Molech worship was (is). In the Scripture passage below we see that even people in the community who ignored others sacrificing to Molech received punishment:
Since the actual term "Star of David" is not listed in the Bible, I started to research elsewhere to find out when and how this symbol confusion occurred.
I found out that the 7 branched candlestick (Menorah) used to be the symbol for the Israelites/Jewish people. It was supposedly sometime in the 15th century under a "mystic" Rabbi that the star of Remphan replaced the Menorah.
I also learned that this symbol is probably the "Seal of Solomon." Now if you recall, Solomon was David's son and took over the kingdom when David died. However, Solomon turned his heart away from the Lord and worshiped false gods at the end of his life. As you see from the Scripture below, Solomon lost his kingdom because of his vile disobedience:
So why would anyone use this horrible symbol to represent God's people? I believe we are being deceived and the truth behind this symbol is being kept secret.
This star symbol is currently being used for much more than the state of Israel. It is used by many Secret Societies and is considered by some to be an occult symbol.
