Perfect Tool for Cutting Zucchini Sticks

I've shared with you before what my husband calls Zucchini - "The Carp of the Garden" - not only do they produce prolifically but they also become the size of a large fish in a matter of a couple days.  However, even though my use of zucchini in every meal can become annoying around this time of year I still enjoy zucchini.  This "French Fry Cutter" is a great tool to use for slicing tender raw zucchini.  These zucchini strips are the perfect size for eating raw and dipping in some ranch dressing!

I bought this Stainless Steel French Fry Cutter at Cabela's and it really does cut potatoes into delicious French fries but I also like to find different uses for my kitchen gadgets.

ENJOY!!

  1. I love that - "garden carp" - it's so true!! Mine are taking over, and if you don't pick them in the morning, they are the size of your head by nightfall. I think I need one of those slicers, what a time-saver!
